Well, that's the way it could have been.
Last night, on my way home from hanging out, it was “raining.” i say “raining” because it was “raining” in the sense of being underneath Niagra Falls. To show you how much rain there was, let me give an example: the Wal-Mart by my house (largest one in the world according to Wal-Mart gurus with over 1 million square feet of showroom space alone) had a lake for a parking lot. There was one Dodge Ram truck with 17 inch tires rolling out of the lot. The water was halfway up its front grill. i betcha he got water in the cabin. On one stretch of the road, the cars were jumping the curb of the median and driving up there…in water still. i did arrive home safely without getting water in the car or anywhere else that's really bad if it happens. i also parked on the lawn instead of the street.
On a better topic: finals are over for me. i went in and did my last final today (it was that Philosophy of Kant class). Totally easy. It was 2 questions (essay-type of course). Question 1: Did Kant succeed in his “Copernican Revolution”?
Question 2: Describe the Transcendental Deduction. Eplain how the noumenal and phenomenal domains are schematized. Also explain how the pure and empirical syntheses and the Transcendental Unity of Apperception play in the Deduction.
This was much easier than writing a 10 pager on #2 (which was the option if one did not want to take the in-class final).
Also, i found out how i did on my Chemistry final. i got 66% correct (which was a 47/70). This was graded on a curve. i got a B. Hopefully it'll be enough to finish with a B for the semester. It's the only class i will not get an A in this semester.
Ahh…it feels good to be free…for 3 weeks at least.
