After all that time, still nothing

Well, since last week, very little has been accomplished. i did move back home yesterday, but i'm still uncertain about life in general right now. My English instructor is really cool about me not turning in my midterm (it was due yesterday) because of my working 40 hours in three days and moving, so i have until Thursday to finish off that paper…hopefully, i will get the motivation tonight.
Also, my parents just joined for the summer at the sports club (which has a climbing wall and a pool)…i'm so there. i've already unpacked my harness and gear and am ready to go! Also, i may actually get a tan this year after all! (i'm a burnt red right now).
And, for those sappy romantic types (i hope none of my faithful readers are those!), “Mostly Martha” is calling you. And, watch it on a full stomach. It's better that way….trust me.

  • As Amarok 2 gets closer to a release, it is looking better and better. There's a new feature in the works that will give Pandora a good fight: music biases. - #
  • Today, two great things (according to me, at least) have been released: Firefox 3 and Wine 1.0. Nearly everybody should know what Firefox is, however many probably don't know about Wine. It is an Open Source project that works as an abstraction layer so Linux (and other POSIX) users can run Windows programs (such as Photoshop) on Linux without needing to have Windows installed. - #
  • After a long wait, it is official.  I've been accepted to the University of Glasgow's doctoral program in theology.  The term starts in late September, so I'll be moving some time between now and then. - #
  • I found a few problems with my reading lists regarding dates. I've fixed them all so that it is relatively accurate. - #
