In its user manual, it gave the following template:

Subject: questions three

What is your name? [yourname]
What is your quest? [quest] BODY
What is your favourite colour? [colour]
Now, for those of you who are similar to me, you will quickly see the reference and enough is said.
For those of you who are not quite similar to me, you may need some help. Think of the Man From Scene 26 and the Bridge of Death (”If anyone wishes to cross the Bridge of Death, he must answer me these questions three”)
