Merry New Year

Well, it's back at home now. i have 194 days until i am a married man. Wow.
The last week was spent at my fiancee's parent's house playing around Philly with her friends. Cranium Conga isn't as good as the original Cranium. Mafia is better when played with more people. i really enjoy Mandie's friends. They seem more real than the people i see in New Orleans.
Now that my grad school applications are due in a few weeks, i've been finishing them up.  i've just about sold myself on going to Denver.  i know it's not as distinguished as Notre Dame and Ann Arbor, but i've been feeling called there.  i should have the financial aid applications done this week…and that'll greatly influence where i end up.  i wish this semester would hurry up and start so that it'd end.  i'm ready to graduate and be with my future wife and be in grad school.  i'm ready to leave where i am here in New Orleans and not look back.
