Don’t ever move…especially if your stuff is in two different cities and you’re moving to a third city.
The cheapest move for Mandie and i is by packing her car full of her stuff (and the presents) and driving to New Orleans.  Then, getting a trailer, packing it full with all of that stuff plus all of my stuff (and spreading the overflow into my car and Mandie’s car), and pulling that trailer with my car…and drive both cars.  The trailer is only $102.
Or, we could rent a truck in PA for $1300, pack it and drive both cars to N.O., sell my car, and continue to Denver.
Or, we could rent a towing device with that truck and have everything come out to $1900 or $2100 (depending on how we tow it), tow Mandie’s car and do whatever with my car (either sell it or drive it).
Of course, we have to include gas for the vehicle(s) that will actually be driving… ARGH!
And, of course, we could always pay someone to move us, but i’ve heard plenty of horror stories of that…
i’m so confused…
